About Me

My name is Nick Murray.

I’ve been in the learning and development field for over 15 years. My primary areas of expertise are needs assessments, individual development planning, interdisciplinary training, leadership and performance coaching, and succession planning.

I’ve worked for several businesses spanning the following industries: HR, humanitarian government contracts, and medical device manufacturing. But always in an L&D capacity.
